Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Edgaze, or older if your jurisdiction requires a higher age for online services. If you use Edgaze on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You may not use Edgaze if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, sanctions rules, export controls, or a prior platform suspension.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activity under your account. You must protect login credentials, API keys, payment credentials, and connected third-party accounts.
You must promptly notify Edgaze if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of your account. Edgaze may restrict access when needed to protect users, the Platform, payment integrity, or legal compliance.
Platform License to Users
Subject to these Terms, Edgaze grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with published policies.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, overload, or misuse the Platform except as permitted by law or a separate written agreement.
User Content and Ownership
As between you and Edgaze, you retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or publish, subject to the rights you grant to Edgaze and the rights of other users or third parties.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit, publish, run, sell, and license your content through Edgaze, including rights to prompts, assets, examples, datasets, screenshots, branding, workflow logic, and third-party materials included in your Product.
License to Operate Products
When you submit, upload, publish, list, sell, or otherwise make Creator Content available through Edgaze, you grant Edge Platforms, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, execute, display, distribute, promote, make available, transmit, modify for technical formatting, analyze for safety and operations, and otherwise use that Creator Content as needed to operate, improve, secure, market, and provide the Platform and Marketplace.
This license includes the right to run Products, generate previews, show listings, process Customer Inputs, return Outputs, operate dashboards, respond to support and safety issues, and maintain records needed for payments, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
Marketplace Role
Edgaze provides infrastructure, hosting, runtime orchestration, discovery, marketplace tools, payment coordination, and creator/customer surfaces. Creators are responsible for their Products, claims, assets, pricing, support expectations, rights, quality, and compliance.
Edgaze is not a Creator's employer, agent, legal representative, financial advisor, broker, fiduciary, professional services provider, or guaranteed distributor. Marketplace ranking, visibility, featuring, traffic, sales, income, and payout timing are not guaranteed.
Purchases and Access
Customers buy access to hosted product experiences through Edgaze, not ownership of underlying software, source code, prompts, workflow logic, model weights, creator intellectual property, or Edgaze infrastructure.
Access may be limited by account status, payment status, product availability, run limits, BYOK configuration, third-party provider availability, refund or dispute status, safety review, or policy enforcement. Edgaze may revoke or change access where required for payment reversal, fraud, abuse, legal compliance, security, or platform operations.
AI Outputs and User Verification
Products may rely on AI models, creator-authored prompts, workflow logic, Customer Inputs, APIs, and Third-Party Services. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, biased, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose.
You are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying Outputs before relying on them. Edgaze does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, hiring, safety, engineering, or other regulated professional advice through Product Outputs.
Third-Party Services
Edgaze uses and integrates with Third-Party Services, including Stripe for payments and Stripe Connect for creator onboarding and payout rails, Supabase for data infrastructure, Vercel for hosting and platform analytics/performance tools, Cloudflare Turnstile where enabled for bot prevention, Mixpanel where enabled for product analytics, and AI/model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google where configured.
Products may also call third-party APIs selected by Creators or Users. You must comply with applicable third-party terms, usage policies, and provider requirements. Third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, rate limits, safety systems, or API behavior may affect Products.
Prohibited Uses
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, Fraud and Abuse Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable law.
You may not use Edgaze to create malware, phishing, credential theft, spam automation, abusive scraping, platform manipulation, unlawful surveillance, IP infringement, deepfake abuse, evasion tooling, illegal activity, or workflows primarily designed to abuse other platforms or violate third-party provider terms.
Creator Terms and Payment Policies
Creators are also bound by the Creator Terms, Creator Guidelines, Marketplace Fees, Creator Earnings, Payout System, Refund Policy, and Chargeback Policy.
Payment records, creator earnings, refunds, chargebacks, payout eligibility, reserves, holds, reversals, and pricing limits are governed by those specific policies and by Stripe's applicable terms.
Suspension and Termination
Edgaze may suspend, restrict, remove, unlist, demonetize, disable, or terminate accounts, Products, listings, runs, access, payouts, or features when reasonably needed to protect the Platform, users, payment integrity, legal compliance, security, marketplace trust, or third-party provider relationships.
Examples include fraud, chargeback abuse, rights infringement, misleading listings, prohibited content, unsafe workflow behavior, sanctions or export issues, security risk, payment processor restrictions, or repeated policy violations.
Beta Status and Platform Changes
Edgaze is under active development. Features may be experimental, unavailable, changed, limited, deprecated, or removed. The Platform may experience downtime, bugs, data loss, degraded performance, migrations, or unexpected behavior.
The Platform Status and Beta Disclaimer applies to all use of Edgaze unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

Governing Law and Disputes

- These Terms of Service.
- Creator Terms, payment policies, and product-specific policies.
- Guidelines, help docs, UI text, and operational notices.
More specific payment, creator, safety, privacy, or IP policies may control their subject matter unless they conflict with these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
Edgaze may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Changes become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of Edgaze after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
