Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Edgaze does not provide a service level agreement, uptime commitment, or guaranteed recovery timeline.
Beta and Experimental Status
Edgaze is under active development. Features may be experimental, incomplete, changing, limited, unavailable, or removed.
This includes the builder, prompt studio, templates, marketplace, creator monetization, hosted workflow runs, dashboards, BYOK behavior, analytics, and future usage-based billing features where available or planned.
Operational Risks
Platform interruptions
Edgaze may experience bugs, downtime, degraded performance, data loss, migration issues, failed runs, incorrect outputs, checkout issues, dashboard inaccuracies, broken integrations, provider outages, or other interruptions.
High-risk use cases
You should not rely on Edgaze for production, mission-critical, regulated, emergency, safety-critical, or high-risk use cases unless a separate written agreement expressly provides appropriate commitments.
No SLA
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Edgaze does not provide a service level agreement, uptime commitment, support response time, recovery time objective, or maintenance schedule.
User Backups
Users and creators should maintain independent copies of important prompts, workflow logic, assets, listings, records, and outputs. Edgaze may not be able to recover deleted, corrupted, or migrated data.
Platform Changes
Edgaze may change pricing, run limits, feature availability, model routing, provider support, publishing requirements, safety controls, payout requirements, or policy enforcement for future use.
