Acceptable Use Policy

Rules governing permitted and prohibited use of Edgaze accounts, listings, workflows, prompts, automation, and hosted runs.

Sets the prohibited-use rules for accounts, listings, workflows, prompts, automation, and hosted runs.
Applies to Users, Creators, Customers, Visitors.

Purpose#

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Edgaze, including accounts, profiles, listings, workflows, prompt products, templates, hosted runs, marketplace activity, APIs, comments, reviews, uploads, and automation.

It supplements the Terms of Service. If you publish Products, the Creator Terms and Creator Guidelines also apply.

General Standard#

You may use Edgaze only for lawful, safe, honest, authorized, and rights-compliant purposes. You are responsible for Customer Inputs you submit, Creator Content you publish, Outputs you use or distribute, third-party APIs you call, and workflow behavior you design.

You must not use Edgaze to abuse other users, other platforms, third-party providers, payment systems, model providers, or public infrastructure.

Security Abuse#

You may not create, publish, run, sell, or promote Products that:

  • Deliver, generate, disguise, or coordinate malware, ransomware, credential stealers, botnets, or malicious payloads.
  • Facilitate phishing, credential theft, session hijacking, token theft, or social engineering.
  • Generate exploit chains, evasion methods, intrusion instructions, vulnerability exploitation, or unauthorized persistence.
  • Bypass authentication, rate limits, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, safety systems, robots.txt, access controls, or platform restrictions.
  • Probe, scan, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or degrade Edgaze or third-party systems without authorization.

Fraud, Spam, and Platform Manipulation#

You may not use Edgaze for fraud, scams, spam automation, fake engagement, fake reviews, payment abuse, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, affiliate abuse, marketplace manipulation, deceptive funnels, impersonation, or misrepresentation.

Products designed primarily to abuse another platform, violate another platform's terms, or automate prohibited behavior are not allowed.

Privacy and Data Misuse#

You may not use Edgaze for unauthorized surveillance, stalking, doxxing, scraping personal data, collecting credentials, enriching personal profiles without lawful basis, deanonymization, or disclosure of private, confidential, or regulated data without authority.

You may not upload or process sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis, necessary rights, and a Product design appropriate for that data.

Deceptive AI, Deepfakes, and Impersonation#

You may not create or distribute deceptive synthetic media, voice clones, deepfakes, impersonation workflows, fake identity documents, fake endorsements, fraudulent reviews, fabricated testimonials, or systems designed to mislead people about who said or did something.

Clear parody, commentary, or non-deceptive creative use may be allowed when lawful and not harmful, but Edgaze may restrict content that creates marketplace, safety, or legal risk.

Regulated and High-Risk Claims#

You may not present AI Outputs as definitive professional advice in legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, employment, housing, credit, education, safety, or similarly regulated contexts.

Products may help organize information, draft text, or assist analysis, but they must not mislead users into treating Outputs as a substitute for qualified professional judgment where professional review is required.

Harmful Content#

You may not create, publish, run, sell, or promote content involving:

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, or sexualized minors.
  • Non-consensual sexual content or intimate imagery.
  • Terrorist or extremist recruitment, praise, operational support, or instructional content.
  • Threats, harassment, hate, dehumanization, or incitement to violence.
  • Self-harm encouragement, suicide instructions, or content that intensifies acute self-harm risk.
  • Illegal weapons procurement, violent wrongdoing, or instructions for causing physical harm.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Terms#

You may not publish or run Products that infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, licenses, platform terms, model provider terms, API terms, or contractual restrictions.

Creators must have rights to prompts, workflow logic, assets, examples, screenshots, branding, demos, and Product claims.

AI and Provider Safety Systems#

You may not attempt to bypass model provider safety systems, jailbreak restrictions, obscure prohibited requests, launder content through multiple models, or design workflows that intentionally defeat safety filters or usage policies.

You must comply with applicable terms and policies of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, and other services used in connection with Edgaze or your Products.

Enforcement#

Edgaze may remove content, disable runs, restrict listings, suspend accounts, withhold or delay payouts, reverse earnings, block purchases, preserve evidence, notify providers, or cooperate with legal requests when necessary to protect users, creators, payment integrity, or the Platform.

Enforcement may be immediate for severe abuse and may occur without prior notice.

Reporting#

Report suspected violations to `[email protected]`. Security issues should be reported under the Security and Responsible Disclosure policy.
