Creator Subscription Policy
How optional creator subscription features work if enabled, including billing, benefits, and relationship to marketplace rules.
Status
Edgaze may offer creator subscription tiers, such as Plus, where available or if enabled. Subscription benefits should be treated as available only when shown in-product, enabled for the creator, and supported by current billing and runtime implementation.
Billing
If creator subscriptions are enabled, billing is handled through Stripe. Subscription fees, renewal timing, cancellation, taxes, receipts, and payment failures may be governed by Stripe checkout, Stripe billing, and the terms shown at purchase.
Benefits
Potential benefits may include advanced builder features, private or unlisted workflows, versioning, enhanced analytics, support benefits, or different hosted run entitlements where implemented.
The current hosted run enforcement code shows 10 included hosted workflow runs per purchase and does not show a live Plus-specific 15-run entitlement branch. Any higher run entitlement applies only if enabled in the product and confirmed for the applicable purchase.
Cancellation and Changes
Edgaze may add, remove, change, or discontinue subscription benefits. Cancellation may affect future access to subscription-only features, but does not automatically rewrite past purchase records unless the product terms say so.
Relationship to Creator Terms
Creator subscriptions do not override the Creator Terms, Marketplace Fees, Workflow Run Policy, or payout eligibility requirements.
Refunds
Subscription refund requests, if subscriptions are enabled, are reviewed under the Refund Policy and any checkout terms shown at purchase.
