Overview#

The Community Guidelines explain how users should interact on Edgaze. The Acceptable Use Policy is the broader legal prohibited-use policy; these Guidelines focus on marketplace trust, profiles, reviews, comments, ratings, and user conduct.

These Guidelines focus on profiles, reviews, comments, ratings, marketplace trust, and interactions between buyers and creators.

Marketplace Trust#

Users must act honestly. Do not impersonate people or brands, manipulate engagement, post fake reviews, fabricate testimonials, coordinate review rings, mislead buyers, or attack competitors.

Profiles and Public Identity#

Handles, names, bios, avatars, and creator profiles must not mislead users about identity, affiliation, credentials, ownership, endorsements, or professional status.

Reviews, Ratings, and Comments#

Genuine experience#

Reviews and comments should be based on genuine experience.

Prohibited conduct#

Do not post harassment, threats, hate, spam, off-topic promotion, doxxing, false accusations, extortion, or review manipulation.

Constructive criticism is allowed. Abuse is not.

Buyer and Creator Conduct#

Customers#

Customers should read listings carefully, use Products responsibly, contact support for payment issues, and avoid abusive refund or chargeback behavior.

Creators#

Creators should describe Products accurately, disclose limitations, avoid guaranteed outcome claims, and respond to legitimate marketplace issues in good faith.

Safety and Respect#

Do not use Edgaze interactions to harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, exploit, discriminate, sexually exploit, or target other people.

Enforcement#

Edgaze may remove content, restrict comments, disable reviews, suspend accounts, hide profiles, unlist Products, or take payment-related action when community conduct threatens users or marketplace trust.

Reporting#

Report community issues to `[email protected]`.
