About Edgaze
Edgaze is building the distribution and monetization layer for executable AI workflows. Instead of sharing prompts, screenshots, or Notion docs, creators can turn their AI workflows into products that people can run instantly, share, fork, and pay for.
We are starting with AI-savvy creators who already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Gemini, and other creative AI systems. The goal is simple: help creators package their repeatable AI workflows into real products.
About the role
We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern who understands internet culture, AI creators, short-form content, and distribution. This is a rolling application role, which means we are not mass hiring, but we are open to bringing on exceptional people who can help Edgaze reach the right creators.
This is not a certificate internship. We care about proof of work, taste, speed, and the ability to execute without constant hand-holding.
What you will work on
- Finding and qualifying AI creators across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and creator communities
- Writing and testing outbound messages
- Helping creators understand how Edgaze can turn their workflows into paid products
- Creating short-form content ideas, founder-led content angles, and launch posts
- Studying creator workflows and identifying what can be turned into sellable Edgaze products
- Building lists of high-signal creators, communities, and distribution channels
- Tracking outreach performance and learning what converts
Who this is for
- Actively uses AI tools and understands how creators use them
- Has strong writing taste and can write clear, human outreach
- Understands memes, internet-native distribution, and creator behavior
- Can work independently and move fast
- Can show proof of something they created, grew, sold, distributed, or meaningfully contributed to
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage startup chaos
Who this is not for
- Wants a passive internship certificate
- Needs daily step-by-step instructions
- Only wants to make generic Canva posts
- Thinks marketing means motivational quotes and random hashtags
- Cannot show proof of work
- Is uncomfortable doing direct outreach
Compensation
This is a flexible part-time internship. Compensation, equity, or performance-based incentives may be discussed depending on the candidate, contribution level, and stage of involvement.
How applications are reviewed
We review for proof of work, clarity of thinking, writing quality, creator understanding, and ability to execute. Generic applications will be ignored.
