Refunds
How to request a wallet refund and what is not refundable.
Overview#
Wallet top-up refunds can be requested through support. Approval is manual. Approved refunds may be minus Stripe processing fees.
Successful runs are final. There is no self-serve refund for per-run charges after a run completes successfully.
Wallet top-up refunds#
If you added funds to your wallet and want unused balance refunded, submit a request through the wallet refund flow in the app or contact support at [email protected]. You receive an acknowledgment, not an instant refund.
Support reviews each request against policy. Approved refunds are processed outside the automated run billing system. Denied requests receive a support response with no balance change.
Marketplace purchase refunds#
Legacy unlock purchases and bundle purchases follow the same support review process. An approved refund revokes product access.
Successful runs#
Per-run workflow charges after successful completion are not self-serve refundable. Disputes for successful runs are evaluated case by case. The default is denial except for documented fraud or platform error.
Chargebacks#
Card network chargebacks follow Chargeback Policy and may affect creator pending or available balances per payout rules.
Special cases#
- Partial wallet use: Refund amount may be net of Stripe fees and consumed runs at support discretion.
- Unused bundle runs: No automated bundle refund. Unused runs after expiry may become platform revenue when expiry processing is enabled. See Bundles Expiry and Refunds.
