Bundles Expiry and Refunds

Overview#

Prepaid bundles expire two years after purchase. After expiry, they cannot be used. You must fund further runs from your wallet.

Unused bundle value at expiry may be recognized as platform revenue. Automated expiry processing is planned but not yet live in production.

While your bundle is valid#

Bundle runs draw first on every trigger. Failed runs do not consume a bundle run. The runs remaining counter updates only on successful runs.

After expiry#

Once a bundle expires, it is excluded from funding. The UI shows expired bundle messaging. You need wallet balance to run that workflow version.

Partially used bundles at expiry: only unused runs are affected. Runs you already consumed are not reversed.

Breakage and creator earnings#

When expiry processing is enabled, unused runs at expiry may be booked as platform revenue. Creators do not earn on unused bundle runs. Creators only earn when a buyer successfully runs and the margin settles.

Refunds#

There is no automated bundle refund. Pre-expiry refund requests go through support per Refunds.

Wallet cash expiry#

Wallet top-ups may eventually expire after two years under a separate policy flag. This is not enabled in production today.

Special cases#

• Version lock after expiry: An expired bundle never draws, even if you select the matching version. Wallet is required.
• Live charging: Expiry rules apply to bundle eligibility regardless of other billing settings.
