Every transaction, categorized and checked. Upload a bank or credit card statement as a PDF. You get back a spreadsheet with every transaction in order (date, description, amount, category and running balance) ready to download as CSV or paste into your books. It checks its own work. Before you see anything, the workflow adds up every transaction and compares the result with the opening and closing balances printed on the statement. You see money in, money out, the expected closing balance and the difference. If even one transaction is missing or misread, the difference won’t be zero and you’ll know immediately. No retyping, no “looks about right”. What you get A spreadsheet of every transaction, in the order printed Each transaction sorted into a category: Income, Transfer, Rent & Utilities, Software & Subscriptions, Meals & Entertainment, Travel, Office & Supplies, Bank Fees & Interest, Taxes, Payroll or Other A reconciliation summary: money in, money out, net change, and whether it balances Totals by category, ready for a P&L or a client review Good to know One statement per run, PDF up to 25 MB and around 250 transactions Works best on digital statements downloaded from online banking Takes about 15 seconds Your uploaded statement is stored privately and deleted automatically after 16 days
