# Creator Subscription Policy

> How optional creator subscription features work if enabled, including billing, Plus BYOK benefits, and relationship to marketplace rules.

## Overview

Edgaze may offer creator subscription tiers, such as **Plus**, where available or enabled. Subscription benefits apply only when shown in-product, enabled for the creator, and supported by current billing and runtime implementation.

Creator subscriptions do not change per-run margin split rules, wallet or bundle funding, or payout eligibility requirements.

## Billing

If creator subscriptions are enabled, billing is handled through Stripe. Subscription fees, renewal timing, cancellation, taxes, receipts, and payment failures may be governed by Stripe checkout, Stripe billing, and the terms shown at purchase.

## Benefits

Potential benefits may include advanced builder features, private or unlisted workflows, versioning, enhanced analytics, support benefits, or **BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)** for hosted workflow runs where implemented.

### BYOK (code-backed)

Plus subscribers may configure provider API keys in API Vault. BYOK runs charge creator margin plus a **$0.002 orchestration fee** per run instead of full hosted compute recovery. Provider token cost is billed to the user's API key. Read [BYOK](/docs/billing/byok).

### What subscriptions do not include

Creator subscriptions do **not** grant included hosted run quotas, alternate marketplace fee splits, or exemption from per-run billing on paid workflow listings. Workflow runs are funded per run via wallet, bundle, or API under the standard billing model.

## Cancellation and Changes

Edgaze may add, remove, change, or discontinue subscription benefits. Cancellation may affect future access to subscription-only features, but does not automatically rewrite past purchase records unless the product terms say so.

## Relationship to Creator Terms

Creator subscriptions do not override the [Creator Terms](/docs/creator-terms), [Marketplace Fees](/docs/marketplace-fees), [Workflow Run Policy](/docs/workflow-run-policy), or payout eligibility requirements.

## Refunds

Subscription refund requests, if subscriptions are enabled, are reviewed under the [Refund Policy](/docs/refund-policy) and any checkout terms shown at purchase.
